Owners Row

Privacy Policy

Effective 19 August 2026 · Last revised 19 August 2026

A vehicle sale involves two people's personal details, and only one of them ever agreed to anything with us. We built around that. This page says what we hold, what we deliberately do not hold, and why.

Who we are

Owners Row is a trade name of IT Nola, LLC, a Louisiana limited liability company. We are the party responsible for the information described here.

The short version

No accounts. No passwords. No cookies. No analytics. No advertising trackers of any kind. We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not share it with anyone for marketing.

Your buyer's details are never written down by us at all. They exist in your browser while you print the paperwork and they are gone when you close the page.

The free kit holds nothing on our side

When you use the free kit, everything you type stays in your own browser, on your own device, in ordinary browser storage. It never reaches us. We have no copy, no backup, and no way to look at it.

Clear your browser data and it is gone — including from us, because we never had it. Print what matters before you do that.

A paid listing

Buying a listing is what creates a copy on our side, because a hosted listing page and a private link you can come back to cannot work without one.

What we hold for a listing

We store exactly what you entered. We never edit, correct, complete, verify or summarise it. That is a design rule, not a limitation — the words on your listing are yours, and nobody should be able to say we changed them.

🔒 What we deliberately do not hold

Who else is involved

That is the complete list. No advertising networks, no data brokers, no analytics companies.

Getting your link back, and why we are strict about it

If you lose your private link, we will send it again — but only ever to the contact details already on the listing. Never to a new address or number supplied in the request, whatever the reason given.

You will also notice the recovery form says the same thing whether or not it found anything. That is on purpose. A form that says "no listings found" would let a stranger test whether a phone number belongs to one of our customers, and we are not going to build that.

Changing the published phone number on a live listing needs confirmation from the contact already on file. That number is the whole asset — whoever controls it receives the calls about your vehicle.

A listing page is public, on purpose

A listing exists to be seen by buyers. Anything you put on it — including the phone number you chose to publish — is public and may be indexed by search engines. Publish the contact route you are willing for strangers to use.

Your own address is collected for the bill of sale and is never shown on a listing page.

How long we keep it

Right now we hold nothing, because paid listings are not yet on sale. The free kit never leaves your device, so there is nothing on our side to keep.

Before the first paid listing is sold, this section will state exactly how long a listing stays live and what happens to it after you mark it sold. We are not going to start holding your information and work the answer out afterwards.

You can ask us to delete your listing at any time and we will.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

Write to support@itnola.com. We will need to be satisfied you are the person on the listing before we act — for the same reason as the recovery rule above.

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, as those terms are used in United States state privacy laws. There is nothing to opt out of, because we never started.

Children

The service is for adults selling vehicles. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. We keep as little as possible, which is the most effective security measure available to us. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim ours is.

Changes

If this policy changes, the revision date at the top changes with it. If a change means we start holding something we did not hold before, we will say so plainly rather than quietly editing this page.
